Beijing Huilun Jintong Management Consulting Co., Ltd. was established in 2005 6. Initially, it focused on supporting the management and training programs of the China Society for International Economic Relations, a direct affiliate of the People's Bank of China. Subsequently, the company formed strategic partnerships with the Financial Research Institute of the Development Research Center of the State Council, the China Finance Education Development Foundation, and the China Financial Training Center of the People's Bank of China. Together, they advanced research on financial regulation reform and development strategies, gradually transitioning to market-oriented operations.

Since its establishment, the company has conducted multiple training sessions and large-scale events for policy banks, state-owned commercial banks, joint-stock banks, city commercial banks, foreign financial institutions, and other economic and financial entities.
