Organizational Structure Overview
In accordance with the Articles of Association of the China Great Wall Greening Promotion Society, the Ecological Safety Work Committee is managed daily by its Chairman and Vice-Chairmen. Its permanent divisions include the Expert Committee, General Office, Training & Exhibition Division, Public Welfare Fund Division, and Development & Cooperation Division. The General Office, led by the Chairman, handles day-to-day operations such as liaison with the Head Office, guidance and coordination of subordinate divisions, establishment and collaboration with the Expert Committee, member management and recruitment, and planning and organization of all activities.

Lead the strategic initiatives of the Ecosystem Security Working Committee, including planning and guidance for research topics, standards development, training programs, and related activities.
General Office
General Office
The Office manages the Committee's daily operations, including liaison with the General Association and oversight of all functional divisions. Led by the Director, key responsibilities include coordinating with the General Association, guiding and harmonizing division activities, assembling and managing the Expert Committee, overseeing member services and recruitment, and planning and organizing events. Training and Exhibition Area
Training & Exhibitions Department
Responsible for publicity, education, conferences, and exhibitions. Mobilize member units; compile and edit promotional materials; oversee industry training programs; organize member exchange activities. Director: Yuwen
Public Welfare Fund Department
Public Welfare Fund Department
Undertake public welfare fundraising and event-related activities. Manage the liaison and development of charitable donors; organize and conduct exchanges on public welfare research topics. Director: Yuan Liangsheng
Cooperation Development Division
Development and Cooperation Department
Lead sustainable development and external collaboration initiatives. Manage the expansion of partnership projects; coordinate with prominent figures from various sectors to facilitate learning exchanges. Director: Chen Yanqun
